The Texas A&M-Commerce volleyball team dropped a 30-23, 30-18, 30-14 decision to host Texas A&M-Kingsville in Lone Star Conference action.

Senior Colleen Favaro was one of three players with 12 kills to lead an A&M-Commerce (5-11, 1-4 LSC) attack. The Javelinas (8-7, 3-3 LSC) were led by Sha Tramble and Adina Gray, who shared in team-high honors with 12 kills apiece.

In the win, Texas A&M-Kingsville out hit A&M-Commerce.376 to .134. In addition, they hit .486 in a game two win and .441 in game three.

The Lions will look to return to their winning ways in a Tuesday non-conference match against Paul Quinn at the A&M-Commerce Field House at 7 pm.
