Prior to A&M-Commerce: A four-year starter and letterwinner in soccer at Kilgore High School; in addition to earning two letters in cross country and a letter in track and field • a three-time first team all-district selection • named team MVP as a junior and senior • served as team captain as a junior and senior year • earned all-tournament recognition as a junior and senior at the Mt. Pleasant Tournament and at the Longview Tournament as a sophomore.
