Texas A&M-Commerce Women's Basketball Sets 40 School Records in 2006-07

The Texas A&M University-Commerce women's basketball team closed out its 2006-07 season with a 60-55 loss to Clayton State in the Elite Eight on Wednesday night. The Lions marked the end of a season and the careers for four seniors - Alicia Johnson (Garland, Texas), Kanani Marshal (Madison, Wisc.), Dawn Montgomery (Irving, Texas) and Tradawn Short (Compton, Calif.). Texas A&M-Commerce established 40 new school records, including six individual single-game records, three team single-game records, nine individual single-season records, 14 team single-season records and eight career records.
