Sophomore Britney Jordan nearly had a triple-double and junior Dominee Evans came close to a double-double as Texas A&M-Commerce extended its winning streak to six games with a 72-66 win over Texas Woman's in Lone Star Conference crossover play on Thursday night at the A&M-Commerce Field House.

Evans scored nine points and had a team-high 10 rebounds and three steals for Texas A&M-Commerce. Marshal was not the only outside threat in the contest as Texas Woman's was led by junior Brandi Crouch from nearby Sulphur Springs, who went six-for-seven from beyond the arc en route to a team-high 20 points for the Pioneers. She was joined in double figures by freshman Chelsea Cook, who added 18 and senior Margaret Wimbush, who had a double-double with 13 points and a game-high 11 rebounds in the loss.
