2004: Started all 10 games for the Lions at center and left guard ... moved to starting center role three games into season ... helped lead the Lion line in pass protection as squad smashed the school record for team pass completions of 269 ... Lions averaged 370 yards a game offensively, the best since 1991.

2003: Started eight of the 11 games at left guard for the Lions ... worked hard to provide middle protection.

2002: Played in the last six games on the defensive side of the football, starting four ... staff intended to redshirt him, but injuries in the defensive line forced him to play ... returned to offensive line in the spring ... recorded 15 total tackles, one solo as a true freshman ... picked up five tackles in first game against Texas A&M-Kingsville ... credited with a half tackle for loss of a yard.

High School: An All-State lineman at Grapevine High ... two-time all-district performer for coach Gary Mullins ... helped GHS to the 4A Division I State Championship as a freshman ... also lettered in wrestling.
