2006: Returned to Texas A&M-Commerce in the fall after serving a tour of duty in the Middle East...saw action in six games, primarily on special teams units...recorded a tackle at Angelo State (Oct. 21).

Prior to A&M-Commerce: Attended Navarro Junior College from 1997-98 before enrolling in the fall of 2005...a two-year letterwinner at Waco High School, where he played wide receiver and defensive back...had a career-best game of two interceptions and six tackles in high school.

Personal: Born June 1, 1977...son of Joe and Ida Ford...a double major in biology and psychology.
