The Texas A&M University-Commerce men's basketball coaching staff announced today the receipt of a letter of intent from P.J. Colley (Dallas, Texas/North Crowley HS).

As a junior, Colley, who is a 6-foot-6 wing, was an honorable mention all-district selection. Heading into this season, North Crowley was ranked No. 15 in the state by TABC pre-season poll. With a 6-1 record already in 2007-08, as a co-captain he has led North Crowley to a No. 6 ranking. He is currently ranked 67th in the state by Texashoops.com. In the summer, Colley has played for the Dallas Showtime, an elite basketball program. As a junior at North Crowley, they posted a 30-6 record and were one of the top teams in the state of Texas.

Colley is the second player to sign with A&M-Commerce during the early signing period, joining Brad Hambrick from Sherman, Texas.
