Johnson was in the starting lineup in both games. In his first game, he grabbed six rebounds to go along with seven points in 21 minutes of action. The six boards were the second most on his team as they dropped a 95-78 decision. In the final game of the night, he came back with 17 points and five rebounds in 25 minutes of action in a 96-87 victory.

The event is taking place at Wadsworth High School in Wadsworth, Ohio, and each team will have eight players in eight-team bracket. Six games are being played both Thursday and Friday with the championship game being played Friday night at 8 p.m. (ET). The CBI will conclude with an all-star game Saturday evening at 8 p.m. (ET) in front of a live, ESPNU audience as 20 players will selected to play in the game.
