The fields for the Lone Star Conference Postseason Tournament were finalized late Saturday night as the league's men's and women's basketball teams wrapped up the regular season.

By way of winning the regular season North Division Championship, the Texas A&M-Commerce women have the No. 1 seed in the North and will host a first round game on Tuesday night against Tarleton State at 7 pm at the A&M-Commerce Field House. Should the Lions win, they would host the remainder of the women's conference tournament.

The Texas A&M-Commerce men enter the tournament as the No. 3 seed from the North Division and will travel to West Texas A&M on Tuesday. The Buffaloes and the Lions will meet up at 8 pm in Canyon.

The top four teams from each division have advanced to the LSC Postseason Championship Tournament on both the men's and women's side and the postseason begins with first-round games on Tuesday, February 27. After Tuesday's first-round action, the semifinals and championship game will be hosted by the highest remaining seed in each tournament.

If like-seeded teams remain (e.g., if North No. 1 and South No. 1 both win) after Tuesday's first round, the highest remaining South seed would host the men's tournament and the highest remaining North seed would host the women's bracket.
