2006-07: Led the team with an 86.1% free-throw percentage and second with 51 three pointers, 127 rebounds and 13 blocks...averaged 13.5 points a game and averaged 4.9 rebounds per contest against Lone Star Conference foes...scored in double digits in 14 games...recorded first career double-double with 13 points and 11 rebounds against Texas A&M-Kingsville (Jan. 13, 2007)...nearly had a double double in his A&M-Commerce debut against Paul Quinn (Nov. 15, 2006) with eight points, six assists and 10 rebounds...missed just two free throws in the last 16 games of the season.

Prior to Texas A&M-Commerce: Attended San Jacinto Junior College along with teammate Kevin Widemond...as a sophomore, he averaged 9.3 points and 6.3 rebounds, where they finished the season 24-12 and advanced to the NJCAA National Tournament...attended Central Lafourche High School, where he was a three-year starter and letterwinner, where he earned all-state honors as a senior.

Personal: Born June 13, 1986...son of Martin Lawson and Diana Sylvester...a kinesiology major.
