Meet Information

Meet Director: Rich Lawrence, Texas A&M University-Commerce Head Coach

Admissions: There will be an admission charge of $8.00 per day for adults and $5.00 per day for students on Saturday and Sunday. There will be no admission charged on Friday.

Concessions: There will be a concession stand with items for purchase on Saturday and Sunday. There will not be a concession stand on Friday.

Coaches Meeting: There will be a coaches/officials meeting on Saturday at 9:00 a.m. on the field. If there is inclement weather, the meeting will be held in the President's Box of the Press Box.

Credentials: Each packet will contain four coaches credentials.

Weigh In Times: Decathlon and Heptathlon equipment can be weighed on Friday from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm and Saturday from 10:30 am to 3:00 pm. Field events that will take place on Saturday can also be weighed in from 10:30 am to 3:00 pm. Field events that will place on Sunday can be weighed in from 10:30 am to 3:00 pm. Implements can be weighed in at the West end of Memorial Stadium in T-Lounge. Pole Vault poles can be checked and weighed at the North End of Memorial Stadium on the Pole Vault pad.

All participating uniformed athletes should check in the main gate of the stadium on the west side.

Starting Height of Pole Vault: Men's - 11'00/3.36m; Women's - 8'00/2.44m

Lane Assignments (per LSC Operating Code): Lane assignments of the relays will be seeded to preferred lanes based on times submitted.

Advancers: All heat winners plus the next top times to fill the lanes of the track will advance to the finals. In field events, the top eight advance to the finals and will have three additional throws.



Results: Results are available in the press box following the conclusion of the entire day's competition and will also be available online at www.lionathletics.com. Event schedules and heat sheets will also be available prior to each day of competition. There will be one envelope of results and heat sheets available per school.
