Fall 2005: Placed at the cross country NCAA South Central Regional with a 25:28.30 time... 2005: Placed fourth in the 3000 meter run at the LSC Track and Field championships clocking in at 11:01.74... also came in fourth at the conference meet in the 5000 meter run at 18:43.68, recording the top time for the Lions in that event... recorded the top performance for the Lions at the Arlington Invitational in the 3000 meter run coming in at 10:55.57... also finished as the top runner for A&M-Commerce in the 3000 steeplechase at the Baylor/Dr Pepper Invitational with a 11:43 time.

2004: Finished fourth in Tarleton State meet with a 11:35 in the 3000 meters ... was fifth in the Michael Johnson Invitational for the 800 meters with a 2:28 time ... placed second at the LSC Championships in the steeplechase with a 11:42 finish.

High School: Cross country team won state as a sophomore ... indoor track won state as a junior ... set 4x800 meter record.
