2007: Eighth at the Lone Star Conference Championships in the javelin with a season-best toss of 167-0...second overall and the top collegiate finisher in the javelin with a throw of 167-6 at the 2007 Boathouse Sports North Texas Classic...victorious at the Trinity Invitational in the high jump with a clearance of 6-3 ½...in addition, he was fourth in the javelin (155-4 ¼) and 13th in the long jump (17-3)...posted a pair of season-best performances at the Tarleton State Invitational, clearing 6-4 in the high jump and a throw of 170-2 in the javelin en route to a second place finish; in addition, he was eighth in the triple jump with a leap of 39-0 ¼...fourth in the javelin with a season-best throw of 167-9 and cleared 6-2 ¾ to share fifth place with Lions' teammate Kyle Thompson at the Dr. Pepper Invitational...third in the high jump (6-2) and 10th in the javelin (142-10) at the McMurry Relays...eighth in the high jump (6-2 ¾) and in the javelin (163-8) at the TCU Invitational...ninth in the javelin (159-3) at the Bobby Lane Arlington Invitational.

Prior to A&M-Commerce: Placed 4th in the high jump at the state track and field meet...earned all east Texas track and field honors...in addition to participating on the track and field team for three years, he was a three-year letterwinner in football and twice in basketball and baseball.
