2005: Placed at the LSC Championships in both the shot put and discus . had the third-best performance overall for A&M-Commerce at the UTA Open in the shot put with a 46-5 1/2 toss...posted a season-best throw of 127-4 in the discus with a 127-4 at the Tarleton State Tri-Meet.

Prior to A&M-Commerce:A three-sport letterwinner in high school earning letters in football, wrestling and track and field...a regional qualifier in the discus.... two-time district champion in the shot put...holds the school record in the shot put...named honorable mention academic all-state for football.

Personal: Born on March 28, 1986...married to the former Amanda Barry and they have a one-year old daughter, Riley...son of Peter and Cherylea Rayome...a special education major.
