Kjerstin Gardner is in her second year as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at Texas A&M-Commerce. In addition to being the athletic trainer for volleyball, she also works with Lions women's basketball team.

Gardner and her husband, Aaron are originally from Seattle, Washington and currently live in Fate, Texas. Both are also graduates from Brigham Young University.
